Company secretary resignation and appointment
Sydney, Australia and Virginia and Massachusetts, USA - UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) (“Aquabotix" or the “Company”) announces the resignation of Mr Jonathan Swain as company secretary effective 14 June 2019. The Company thanks Mr Swain for his service as company secretary.
The Company has appointed Mr Anand Sundaraj effective 14 June 2019 to replace Mr Swain as company secretary. Mr Sundaraj previously held the role of company secretary from 9 March 2017 to 25 January 2019.
