Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office
Sydney, Australia and Virginia and Massachusetts, USA - UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) (“Aquabotix" or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Winton Willesee and Miss Erlyn Dale as joint company secretaries, effective immediately.
Mr Willesee and Miss Dale are experienced company secretaries with collectively over 25 years’ experience working with ASX-listed companies across a diverse range of industries.
Concurrently with the appointments of Mr Willesee and Miss Dale is the resignation of Mr Anand Sundaraj as company secretary. The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Sundaraj for his service as company secretary.
