• Aquabotix’s CFO and Executive Director, Brendan Martin, steps down from executive and board duties to take up a new role
UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) (“Aquabotix" or the “Company”) today announces that its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, Mr. Brendan Martin, stepped down from executive and board duties effective immediately, having accepted a senior role with a large Australian based listed company.
Peter James, Aquabotix’s Chairman, commented, “Brendan was heavily involved with the listing of this Company and delivered a successful initial public offering in 2017. Since then Brendan, alongside the new management and the Board, has overseen transformative changes and a restructuring that has already started to produce tangible results. We thank Brendan for his contributions to the Company and wish him well in his next role.”
