ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – WITHDRAWAL OF RESOLUTION
The Directors of UUV Aquabotix Ltd (ASX:UUV) advise that George Vicino has withdrawn his nomination for the Board and accordingly Resolution 10 contained within the Notice of AGM for the meeting to be convened on 29 May 2020, will not be put to shareholders.
