In furtherance to our letter dated August 25, 2025, we wish to inform you that the additional investments by the Company by way of subscription to the equity shares of its two wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Paytm Money Limited and Paytm Services Private Limited, by way of a Rights Issue for an amount of INR 300 Crores (Indian Rupees Three Hundred Crores only) and INR 155 Crores (Indian Rupees One Hundred Fifty Five Crores only) respectively has been completed.
