Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, announces that the Company's Chairman Mark Wood, purchased 46,000 Ondo ordinary shares on 27 June 2025 at a price of 21.5 pence.

Following this transaction Mr Wood now has a beneficial holding of 2,201,152 Ondo ordinary shares, representing 1.6 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company has also been notified that that, to affect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, Craig Foster, Chief Executive , sold 163,537 Ondo ordinary shares a price of 21.25 p per share on 26 June 2025 before subsequently acquiring 163,537 ordinary shares at 21.25p through his SIP on the same day.

Following this transaction Mr. Foster's interest remains unchanged at 2,451,842 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.8 percent of Ondo's issued ordinary share capital.
