Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, announces that it was notified today that, to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, Andy Morrison, a Non Executive Director, has today sold 200,000 Ordinary Shares a price of 21.475p per share before subsequently acquiring 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 21.5p through his ISA. 

Following this transaction Mr. Morrison's interest is unchanged at 3,400,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.5 per cent of Ondo's issued ordinary share capital.
