Exercise of Warrants and Director/PDMR Shareholding
Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, announces that Craig Foster, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has exercised warrants to subscribe for 889,783 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 25 pence each (the "Warrants") and will be admitted to the Official List under the Ondo block listing.
The Company also announces that Criag Foster has sold 700,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 37p per share, the proceeds of which will be applied to meet in part the exercise of the Warrants and the resulting tax liability.
Following the exercise of the Warrants and the sale of Ordinary Shares Craig Foster's interest in the Company has increased by 189,783 Ordinary Shares and he now holds 2,182,341 Ordinary Shares representing 1.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
