Ondo Insurtech (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, announces that Andy Morrison, a Non Executive Director of the Company, has exercised warrants over 200,000 Ondo ordinary shares of 5p each ("New Ordinary Shares").  The warrants are exercisable at a price of 20 pence per warrant and are due expire on 28 July 2025.  Mr. Morrison retains a beneficial interest in a further 525,000 of these warrants.

The New Ordinary Shares have been issued, allotted and admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange under the Company's block listing.

Together with the warrants exercised by Mr. Morrison in January 2025, he is now interested in 3,400,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.5 per cent of Ondo's issued ordinary share capital.
