Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, announces that it was notified that, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, Craig Foster, Chief Executive Officer of the Company today sold 61,082 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 32.5p per share before subsequently acquiring 61,082 Ordinary Shares at 32.5p through his ISA. 

In addition, Kevin Withington, Chief Financial Officer, sold on 14 April 2025 49,429 Ordinary Shares at a price of 32.5p per share and then acquired 49,429 Ordinary Shares at a price of 32.5p through his ISA. 

Following these transactions Craig Fosters' interests in the Company remains unchanged at 2,449,720 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.83% of the Company's issued share capital, while Kevin Withington's interests in the Company also remains unchanged at 297,792 Ordinary Shares representing 0.22% of the Company's issued share capital.
