Ondo Insurtech (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, announces that Kevin Withington, the Company CFO, has transferred 137,931 Ondo ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding into his Personal Individual Savings Account ("ISA") a Bed and ISA transaction.
Following this transaction Mr Withington remains interested in 290,238 Ordinary Shares representing 0.25 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
