Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında;

Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri: II-14.1 "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri gereğince, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK) tarafından yayımlanmış TMS/TFRS ve SPK tarafından belirlenen uyulması zorunlu formatlara uygun olarak hazırlanan konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre 25.491.186,00TL net dönem kâr'ı, V.U.K. hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş mali tablolarımızda 15.022.653,29TL dönem kâr'ı mevcuttur.

Yönetim Kurulumuzun, Dönem kârından yasal yedek akçeler düşüldükten sonra kalan kârın Şirket'in finansal yapısının güçlendirilmesi amacıyla olağanüstü yedek akçe olarak ayrılması, kâr dağıtımı yapılmaması kararının 2022 yılı olağan genel kurul toplantısı gündemine konulmak sureti ile genel kurula önerilmesine,

katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
