On the Beach Group plc (LSE: OTB.L), the UK's leading online retailer for beach holidays, has been informed that, following the completion of the placing of the Company's shares announced on 16 December 2016, the following PDMRs and PCAs have sold shares in the Company as set out below, at a price per share of 240p.
