The Company was notified on 21 June 2016 that as part of the Company's share incentive plan ("SIP"), (whereby employees are able to purchase ordinary shares (known as 'partnership shares') in the Company using deductions from monthly salary at the then prevailing market price), Capita IRG Trustees Limited (the trustee and administrator of the SIP) acquired the following ordinary shares of the Company on behalf of the directors and PDMRs set out below at a price per ordinary share of 270.03 pence on 20 June 2016.
