The Company was notified on 23 May 2016 that as part of the Company's share incentive plan ("SIP"), (whereby employees are able to purchase ordinary shares (known as 'partnership shares') in the Company using deductions from monthly salary at the then prevailing market price), Capita IRG Trustees Limited (the trustee and administrator of the SIP) acquired the following ordinary shares of the Company on behalf of the directors and PDMRs set out below at a price per ordinary share of 291.58 pence on 20 May 2016.
