Change of Auditor

On The Beach Group plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, following the conclusion of a formal tender process, it has appointed Ernst & Young LLP ("Ernst & Young") as its new auditor with effect from 7 March 2019. Ernst & Young will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ending 30 September 2019. The appointment of Ernst and Young for the following financial year will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2020.

KPMG LLP has resigned as the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the Company that there are no matters connected with it ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company for the purposes of section 519 Companies Act 2006.
