Changes in the Supervisory Board / Schimbari in Consiliul de Supraveghere

OMV Petrom S.A. (OMV Petrom) announces that Mr. Riccardo Puliti has notified today the waiver of his mandate as member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom and member and President of the Audit Committee of OMV Petrom, effective starting 1 November 2016. Mr. Riccardo Puliti has grounded the waiver of his mandate due to the acceptance of a new position preventing him to continue his activity as member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom.

Following the waiver of his mandate, Mr. Riccardo Puliti will cease to hold the above mentioned positions in Supervisory Board and in the Audit Committee starting 1 November 2016, thus his seats becoming vacant.

Mr. Riccardo Puliti has been a member of the Supervisory Board of OMV Petrom since 28 April 2009.

OMV Petrom S.A. (OMV Petrom) anunta ca dl. Riccardo Puliti si-a inaintat astazi renuntarea la mandatul de membru al Consiliului de Supraveghere al OMV Petrom si de membru si Presedinte al Comitetului de Audit al OMV Petrom, cu efect incepand cu data de 1 noiembrie 2016. Dl. Riccardo Puliti si-a motivat renuntarea la mandat datorita acceptarii unei noi pozitii ce il impiedica sa isi continue activitatea de membru al Consiliului de Supraveghere al OMV Petrom.

Urmare a renuntarii la mandat, dl. Riccardo Puliti va inceta sa mai detina pozitiile mentionate mai sus in Consiliul de Supraveghere si in Comitetul de Audit incepand cu data de 1 noiembrie 2016, prin urmare aceste pozitii devenind vacante.

Dl. Riccardo Puliti a fost membru al Consiliului de Supraveghere al OMV Petrom incepand cu data de 28 aprilie 2009.
