NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF SHARES FROM ESCROW.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rules 3.10A, Omnia Metals Group Limited (ASX: OM1) ( “Omnia”) advises that 2,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares (ASX:OM1AB) will be released from escrow on 14 February 2023.

An Appendix 2A will be lodged with the ASX to request quotation of these shares.
