NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF SHARES FROM ESCROW.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rules 3.10A, Omnia Metals Group Limited (ASX: OM1) ( “Omnia”) advises that 1,465,310 fully paid ordinary shares (ASX:OM1AA) will be released from escrow on 9 December 2022.

An Appendix 2A will be lodged with the ASX to request quotation of these shares.
