ASX RELEASE I 27 AUGUST 2025 EXTENSION OF CLEANSING PROSPECTUS OFFER PERIOD

Omnia Metals Group Ltd (“ Omnia ” or the “ Company ”) (ASX: OM1) advises that the closing date of the offer pursuant to its cleansing prospectus dated 22 August 2025 (“ Prospectus ”) has been extended.
New Closing Date:
5.00 pm (AWST), Friday 29 August 2025 , unless further extended or closed earlier by the Directors at their discretion.
