Omnia Metals Group Ltd (ASX: OM1) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Omnia Metals Group Ltd (‘OM1’) will be halted at the request of OM1, pending the release of an announcement by OM1.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 23 October 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

OM1’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Omnia Metals Group Limited (ASX:OM1) requests a trading halt in respect of the quotation of its securities.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

1. The Company requests a trading halt pending release of an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 23 October 2025, or the release of the relevant announcement to the market.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

4. The Company is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
