Dear Sir/Madam,
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2 Omnia Metals Group Ltd (ASX:OM1) requests an extension of the voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities which commenced Wednesday 1 February 2023.
The Company requests the suspension to allow the Company to finalise an announcement in relation to a potential project acquisition.
The Company anticipates that the Suspension would continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Monday 6 February 2023 or when the announcement in relation to the acquisition is released.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
