Omnia Metals Group Ltd (ASX: OM1) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Omnia Metals Group Ltd (‘OM1’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of OM1, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 1 May 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Dear Sir/Madam,

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Omnia Metals Group Limited (ASX:OM1) requests a trading halt for the purposes of considering, planning and executing a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Monday 1 May 2023 or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
