1. Confirmation on the issuance of the following Securities on 15 February 2022: ▪ 9,200,000 vendor shares (escrowed);

   • 5,000,000 mangement options escrowed for 24 months from quotation;

   • 1,600,000 lead manager options escrowed for 24 months from quotation;

   • 5,000,000 vendor options escrowed for 24 months from quotation.

   • Confirmation on the issuance of the following Securities on 17 February 2022: ▪ 22,930,000 ordinary fully paid shares at an issue price of A$0.20 per share;
