Change of Company Secretary

Omnia Metals Group Ltd (ASX: OM1) (“OM1” or the “Company”) is pleased to advise that Mr Quinton Meyers has been appointed Company Secretary, effective immediately.

Mr Meyers has over eight years of experience working in equities markets in the capacity of adviser, company secretary and accountant for multiple ASX listed companies gaining exposure to the resources, oil and gas and technology sectors. During this time, Mr Meyers worked on multiple initial public offers, reverse takeovers, equity capital markets transactions while developing his knowledge of the ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act.

Mr Meyers is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.

Mr Meyers is also currently a non-executive director of the Company, appointed on 22 December 2023.

Mr Meyers will replace Mrs Anna MacKintosh who has now stepped down from her role as Company Secretary. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Meyers is now responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
