Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Omnia Metals Group Limited ACN 648 187 651 advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting is proposed to be held on Monday 16 October 2023 (subject to any regulatory approvals).
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 7.2 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Monday 4 September 2023.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (WST) on Monday 4 September 2023.
