Release of escrowed securities
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Forbidden Foods Limited (ASX: FFF) advises that at the commencement of trading on 1 March 2021, 3,173,835 securities will be released from voluntary escrow. These securities are already quoted on ASX.
This reflects the “Existing Shareholders (other than Founders and Company Secretary)” category of escrowed securities as disclosed in the Prospectus dated 21 July 2020.
