Notification of Annual General Meeting
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Forbidden Foods Limited (ASX: FFF) advises that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 10.00am on Thursday 26 November 2020.
Due to the continuing impact of COVID-19, the AGM will be held as a virtual meeting. Further information on how shareholders may participate in the virtual meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting.
An election of directors will be held at the AGM. Valid nominations for the position of director must be received on or before Friday 25 September 2020.
