We are pleased to inform that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 14[TH] Day of August, 2023, at the registered office of the company to transact the following business:

1. To Consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30[th] June, 2023

2. To consider and discuss on shifting of the registered office of the company from one state to another state i.e. from Mumbai, Maharashtra to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

3. To consider and approve raising of funds and issuance of securities on preferential basis upto Rs. 20 crores;

4. To discuss and consider the appointment of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company

5. To consider and discuss on calling the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the company;

6. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.

Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all directors/officers/ designated employees of the company till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2023, in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
