Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; as amended from time to time and with reference to the captioned subject, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company considered and transacted the following businesses:

• (i) Considered and approved the Notice for convening the 29[th] Annual General Meeting of the company to be held on 29[th] September, 2023 at 5.00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/Other Audio Visual Means (‘OAVM’).

• (ii) Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the company will remain close from September 22, 2023 to September 29, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.

• (iii) Considered and approved the Director’s Report and annexures thereto for Financial Year ended 31[st] March, 2023.

• (iv) Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Mukesh Jiwnani, Proprietor M/s. Mukesh J & Associates, Company Secretary, Ahmedabad as the Scrutinizer, to scrutinise the entire e-voting process for upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 05:00 P.M. and concluded at 07:10 P.M.
