Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that Mr. Arvind Vegda (DIN: 07429884) has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours on December 20, 2025.

While taking note of the above, the Board of Directors of the Company placed on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by Mr. Arvind Vegda during his association with the Company as Director.
