With regards to the captioned subject and in continuation to my prior intimation submitted under Regulation 10(5) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 on October 11, 2021, please find enclosed the disclosure pursuant to Regulation 10(6) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 with respect to the acquisition of 7479340 (Seventy four lakh seventy nine thousand three hundred and forty) equity shares of M/s Guild Builders Private Limited (Holding Company of Omaxe Limited) from Mr. Rohtas Goel, Promoter cum Chairman & Managing Director of Omaxe Limited (Target Company).

The said acquisition is pursuant to off market inter-se transfer of shares between immediate relatives, as specified in Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 by way of Gift.
