Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby informs that Mr. Gopi Raman Sharma has completed their term as Independent Directors of the Company with effect from the end of the day on March 10, 2026.
Consequent to Mr. Gopi Raman Sharma’s completion of term as an Independent Director, he ceased to be the Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee and member of Audit Committee.
Additional details required to be disclosed pursuant to the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A .
