UPDATE ON THE SECONDARY LISTING ON BURSA MALAYSIA
The Board of OM Holdings Limited (ASX:OMH) (“ OMH ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that trading of OMH shares is expected to commence on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00am (Kuala Lumpur time) on Tuesday, 22 June 2021 (“ Listing Date ”) or 11.00am AEST.
The Board wishes to advise that the listing reference price and the number of OMH shares made available for trading from the existing issued capital on the Listing Date will be RM2.57 and 16,800,000 OMH shares respectively.
The listing reference price was calculated based on the closing market price of OMH shares traded on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ ASX ”) of A$0.825 on 21 June 2021, multiplied by the closing A$:RM exchange rate at the 5.00pm middle rate on the same day of A$1.00:RM3.1115, as extracted from the website of Bank Negara Malaysia.
