CropLogic Limited (ASX:CLI) (CropLogic or Company) advises that it has today lodged an Appendix 3Z for Mr Stephen Silver and an Appendix 3X for Mr John (Sean) Delaney.

The changes relate to the resignation of Mr Stephen Silver and the appointment of Mr John (Sean) Delaney on 8 November 2021.

The Appendices were lodged late due to an administrative error, being an oversight by the Company Secretary when finalising information to be released to the ASX.

The Company and the Directors are aware of their obligations under the ASX Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B.

The Company Secretary and Company believe current practices are adequate to ensure compliance with the ASX Listing Rules, however, the Company Secretary has refined internal processes to ensure documents are properly lodged on a timely basis.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Company Secretary.
