The Lodgment date of this Appendix 3X and Appendix 3Z relates to an administrative oversight related to the foreign entity nature of the Company involved.

CropLogic Limited has procedures in place under which Directors are obliged to advise the Company Secretary of interests on appointment and when a change takes place in their notifiable interests. We note however that neither individual the subject of the Appendix 3X and Appendix 3Z has a relevant interest in CropLogic Limited.

Whilst CropLogic Limited considers its current arrangements are adequate for ensuring timely notification, it has taken this opportunity to review its procedures to ensure that it meets its disclosure requirements.
