Description

The securities of Olympio Metals Limited (‘OLY’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of OLY, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 7 March 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST – ASX CODE OLY

Olympio Metals Limited (ASX:OLY) (Olympio or the Company) hereby requests a trading halt in its securities from the ASX effective immediately pending the results of a proposed capital raising.

The trading halt will last until the earlier of the release of an announcement to the ASX in relation to the proposed capital raising or the commencement of trading on Thursday 7 March 2024.

The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be granted or any further information required to be disclosed to the market regarding the trading halt.
