Market Update: Company Secretary Appointment/Resignation

CropLogic Limited (ASX:CLI) (CropLogic or Company) advises that Mr Sebastian Andre has tendered his resignation as company secretary of CLI effective immediately.

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.1, Mr Peter Gray has been appointed Company Secretary. Mr Gray is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has more than 20 years’ experience in public practice corporate finance and specialises in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and transaction support.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Gray is responsible for communications between the Company and the ASX.
