Market Update: Director Appointment/Resignation

CropLogic Limited (ASX:CLI) (CropLogic or Company) advises that Mr Peter Gray and Mr Simon Andrew have been appointed as non-executive directors of CropLogic Australia.

Mr Gray is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has more than 20 years’ experience in public practice corporate finance and specialises in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and transaction support. Mr Gray is currently a partner and director of Moore Australia (WA), the Perth firm of the Moore Global accounting and advisory network.

Mr Andrew is a commercial and financial executive and experienced director of ASX listed companies. Mr Andrew is currently a non-executive director of Mamba Exploration Limited and Riversgold Limited. He was also recently a non-executive director of Lotus Resources Limited. Mr Andrew has played a pivotal role in the sourcing and acquisition of projects for each of these companies.

CropLogic also advises that Mr Steven Wakefield and Mr Peter Roborgh have resigned as non-executive directors, effective immediately. The Board would like to thank Messrs Wakefield and Roborgh for their significant contribution to CropLogic over many years.
