On October 25, 2012, Olin Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release in which we announced preliminary financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012. Attached as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by reference, is a copy of the Company's press release dated October 25, 2012.

In the Company’s press release dated October 25, 2012 attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference, we announced declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.20 on each share of Olin common stock which is payable on December 10, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 9, 2012.
