Old Second Bancorp, Inc. (t he “ Company “) will release financial results for the second quarter of 201 6 after the market closes on July 2 6 , 201 6 .

The Company will also host an earnings call on Wednesday , July 2 7 , 201 6 , at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time).
