Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement March 12, 2021 when OKEA Holdings Ltd., closely related party to Board member in OKEA ASA Paul Murray, entered into an option agreement related to the sale of options to acquire 274,120 common shares of OKEA ASA to an unrelated financial investor.

The option agreement has today been exercised at an average price of NOK 13.77 per share. Following this transaction, OKEA Holdings Ltd. holds a total of 19,372,993 shares in OKEA ASA.
