Notice from Written Resolution

Today a Written Resolution was passed pursuant to a notice of Written Resolution dated 20 June 2018 (the "Notice").

Capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Notice, unless otherwise stated herein.

At the expiry of the Voting Period, there were sufficient votes to form a quorum. The proposed resolution obtained 100 % of the votes, and the proposal was adopted according to the voting requirements of the Bond Terms. The Bond Terms will therefore be changed as set out in the written resolution.
