The other 49% of the shares are held by Carlo Gavazzi Space SpA, Milan. The capital increase amounts to 1,5 million Euros. The capital increase has been based on a company evaluation of a multiple of 0.8 on sales in 2001, in respect to the budgeted sales of 2002 a multiple of 0.4 . The company concludes the year 2000 with profit and plans significant increase for the following years. Telematic Solutions, which is well established in the market of commercial telematics is going to sustainably enforce the sales of OHB Teledata products in Italy, the fourth largest telematics market in Europe . The company is succesful in the Italian market for mobile security applications. Together with a vehicle insurance company Telematic Solutions has developped the surveillance system AMISAT and introduced in the Italian market. Recently, Telematic Solutions received under strong competition an order worth 1.0 million Euros to guarantee the security of the next G8 Summit, to be held in July 2001 in Genoa. The innovative mobile video surveillance system FREEGUARDIAN, will be used to provide an efficient and economical surveillance solution. Features setting new standards, are high flexibility during installation in various positions and arbitrary extendibility.
