  of OHB Technology AG in Bremen

• Order backlog of OHB Group jumps to more than EUR 700 million

Bremen, February 11, 2009. Management Board and further experts of OHB
Group finalized today the successful 5th Capital Market Day held in Bremen.
Analysts, bankers, investors and journalists took the chance to discuss
future projects, their development, and current trends in the aeronautic
and aerospace industry in detail.

The signing of the long-term contracts of MT Aerospace, a subsidiary of OHB
Group, for sub-assemblies for a further 35 ARIANE 5 launchers, of a total
value of EUR 370 million, increases the order backlog of OHB Group to more
than EUR 700 million.

'This order cushion guarantees the production of the Group in total for the
upcoming years and confirms our sustainable outlook', explained Marco R.
Fuchs, CEO of OHB Technology AG, the positive development of the order
backlog.
