Annual General Meeting and Nomination of Directors

4 June 2025

OFX Group Limited (“OFX” or “the Group”) (ASX: OFX) today confirms, as disclosed in OFX’s FY25 Annual Report lodged with the ASX on 20 May 2025, the 2025 Annual General Meeting for OFX (“AGM”) will be held at 2:00pm on 15 August 2025.

The Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum for the AGM will be issued in July and will contain details of how shareholders or proxies can attend, ask questions and vote at the AGM.

Nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of OFX at the AGM must be received in writing no later than 5:00pm AEST on 26 June 2025 at OFX’s registered office or by email to the Company Secretary at company.secretary@ofx.com.
