OFX GROUP LIMITED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND NOMINATION OF DIRECTORS

3 June 2024 – OFX Group Ltd (“OFX” or “the Group”) (ASX: OFX) today confirms, as disclosed in OFX’s FY24 Annual Report lodged with the ASX on 21 May 2024, the 2024 Annual General Meeting for OFX (“AGM”) will be held at 2:00pm on 1 August 2024.

The Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum for the AGM will be issued in late June and will contain details of how shareholders or proxies can attend, ask questions and vote at the AGM.

Nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of OFX at the AGM must be received in writing no later than 5:00pm AEST on 13 June 2024 at OFX’s registered office or by email to the Company Secretary at [email protected].
