On September 23, 2013, José Ramón González resigned as the Senior Executive Vice President of Banking and Financial Services of OFG Bancorp (the “Company”). His resignation is effective October 4, 2013. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing his resignation is attached as an exhibit to this report.
