Acquisition of Vivelys

Today Oeneo has announced the acquisition of 100% of the capital of the French company Vivelys, which specializes in the design and development of cutting-edge technological solutions to manage and optimize wine making processes.

This operation is fully consistent with Oeneo's strategy to strengthen its position in high value-added products as well as its capacity for technological innovation. Founding director, Patrick Ducournau, will work alongside Oeneo in a consulting capacity to ensure the company's successful integration.

In acquiring Vivelys, Oeneo captures an additional annual turnover of around €5 million generated by the company through consulting services and a range of technological solutions for the world's leading wine producers. With 3 subsidiaries in Argentina, Chile and the United States, Vivelys will reinforce Oeneo's geographic presence.

Oeneo has also acquired 100% of French company, Boisé France, which specializes in wood products for the wine industry and in which it has been a partner alongside Vivelys since 2008 via its subsidiary, Seguin Moreau.
