OEM International acquires business of Cabavo AB

OEM International has signed an agreement to acquire the business of Cabavo AB. The company, with head office in Swedish Täby, markets electrical motors, servo actuators and drive electronics for industrial applications and has a yearly turnover of approximately 8 MSEK.

• Cabavo's range is a good complement to our existing product portfolio within motor area. The operations will be integrated with OEM Motor AB, which means that synergies can be realised, and our customer offer is strengthened, says Jörgen Zahlin, Managing Director and CEO for OEM International.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginal impact on OEM's profit for the current year.
